Mistake to Focus on Border Security

Jacob Vigdor, an adjunct fellow at the Manhattan Institute and professor of public policy at Duke University, argues for immigration reform and how the laws will be changed one step at a time. In order to support immigration reform, he states that the number of Mexican-born US citizens has decreased and, according to the World Bank, Mexico's population rate will be lower than it was before. Along with that, he adds that today's immigrants are better educated.
